Effective October 13, 2026. These terms apply to the website cvcapacity.com and to text messages sent by Clear Vision Capacity LLC, 110 E Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.

Using this website

The information on this website, including job and pay details, is provided for general information. Job offers are made only after an application is reviewed. Pay is based on experience and driving record. We may update this website at any time.

Text message (SMS) program

Program: Clear Vision Capacity LLC driver recruiting texts. If you check the text message consent box on our driver application at cvcapacity.com/careers, we may text you at the number you gave us about your application, scheduling a call with our recruiter, missing documents, and our open driving positions.

Frequency: Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 6 messages per applicant.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Clear Vision Capacity LLC does not charge for texts.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out. To start again, reply START.

Help: Reply HELP for help, call (219) 928-1582, or email info@cvcapacity.com.

Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for our text messages. Our driver jobs require drivers to be at least 23.

Privacy: We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
